Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top cover for a battery pack capable of accelerating increase in energy, miniaturization and lightening without narrowing the packaging region of a substrate; and to provide the battery pack using the top cover, and the manufacturing method of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The top cover has the substrate 41 and a PTC element 42, and is joined to the top side arranging a protection circuit of the battery pack in which nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries are housed. The top cover is equipped with a PTC element holder 43 holding the PTC element 42; tabs 44, 44' fixing the PTC element holder 43 to the substrate 41; a cushion material 45; and a resin body 50 surrounding the substrate, the PTC element, the PTC holder and the like. The PTC element holder 43 has a space holding part 43s and a PTC element mounting part 43m.
