Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start an application that can use all functions at a stage as early as possible, while keeping the starting time of a system. SOLUTION: A check point is provided in the starting sequence of a simple version application, and if the time from start to the check point exceeds a predetermined period of time, the start of a deluxe version application is paused to reduce the load on a CPU 101. After it is notified that the simple version application has started, the start of the deluxe version application is resumed, whereby a starting method for starting the application that can use all the functions at a stage as early as possible while maintaining the start time of the system is provided.
