SOLUTION: A serial number for specifying a toner cartridge 11 is read from the replaceable toner cartridge 11. The serial number read by the serial number reading section 24, a date and a time measured by a date time measurement section 25, and a use condition managed by a use condition history management section 26 are printed out.
