IMAGING DEVICE AND LIGHT SHIELDING MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for an imaging device capable of preventing a careless operation related to a finder diopter adjustment. SOLUTION: The imaging device 10 includes: the optical finder 316 provided on the rear side thereof; a diopter adjusting dial 322 for adjusting the diopter of the optical finder 316; and an eye cup 321 projecting by a fixed height from the periphery of the optical finder 316. In this case, the diopter adjusting dial 322 is arranged so as not to project over the rear outer edge Bd of the imaging device 10, and in the eye cup 321, a recessed part is formed above the diopter adjusting dial 322, and the diopter adjusting dial 322 is almost stored inside the opening end face of the recessed part. By having such the constitution, user's finger is prevented from erroneously touching the diopter adjusting dial 322, consequently, the careless operation is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
