Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous hydroxy-functional secondary copolymer dispersion, and a water-based (2K) polyurethane varnish produceable therefrom, exhibiting rapid drying and improved blocking resistance, and maintaining effective grain-delicateness. SOLUTION: The aqueous secondary copolymer dispersion comprises a copolymer synthesized from a mixture of free-radically polymerizable monomers (M) comprising (M1) cycloaliphatic esters of acrylic and/or methacrylic acid and also (M2) vinyl esters of aliphatic carboxylic acids. The water-based bicomponent polyurethane coating agent comprises the aqueous secondary copolymer dispersion and a binder based on an isocyanate group-containing crosslinking agent (X).
