Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize decrease of a manufacturing cost and simplification of maintenance for a manufacturing apparatus by eliminating a wax coating process in manufacture of a scratch off document. SOLUTION: A first toner layer 30 is fixed onto a substrate 20, and a second toner layer 60 is arranged above that. A secret subject information is indicated by a first toner layer 30 and the second toner layer 60 is formed so that its secret subject information is concealed and can be scraped off by a hard body. In order to prevent fusion of the first toner layer 30 and the second toner layer 60, a barrier layer 50 may be provided between the first toner layer 30 and the second toner layer 60. Instead of fixing the first toner 30 on the substrate 20, the substrate wherein the secret subject information is beforehand printed, may be used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
