Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose microreactor having renewable or exchangeable magnetic particles, and further a simple and easy method for cleaning a micro flow path constituting the microreactor. SOLUTION: The microreactor is characterized by comprising a micro flow path, magnetic particles introduced into the micro flow path, and a magnet disposed outside the micro flow path for magnetically influencing the magnetic particles. The method for cleaning the micro flow path is characterized by comprising a step of introducing magnetic particles into the micro flow path, a step of causing the magnetic particles to contact with the inner wall of the micro flow path by virtue of magnetism applied thereto from outside the micro flow path, and a step of causing the magnetic particles to perform relative motion maintaining the contact with the inner wall of the micro flow path.
