Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nutritional food from which effect of fermented soybean paste exerting antitumor effect, radiological protection effect or the like can be satisfactorily obtained, and an effective dose of the fermented soybean paste exerting the effects described above can be easily taken. SOLUTION: The nutritional food contains 8.5-11.5 wt.% of dry powder of fermented soybean requiring a period of 180-240 days including ingredient preparation, fermentation and maturation, and a diluting agent, and is formed so as to have prescribed pharmaceutical shape. The nutritional food contains 8.5-11.5 wt.% of dry powder of fermented soybean paste requiring a period of 180-240 days including ingredient preparation, fermentation and maturation and >0 wt.% but ≤8.5 wt.% of the dry powder or paste of at least one kind of other foods, and a diluting agent, and is formed so as to have a prescribed pharmaceutical shape.
