Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone which while using a clock signal whose harmonic matches one of frequency channels, can suppress the occurrence of a case where the clock signal becomes a noise source for a selected frequency channel. SOLUTION: The frequency of a clock signal transmitted from a clock control circuit 17 to a display part 9 through a coaxial cable 25 is controlled based upon the frequency channel of a television broadcast wave to be received by an antenna 16 for television broadcast reception and the temperature of a clock oscillator 18 detected by a temperature sensor 21. Consequently, the frequency of the clock signal can be controlled based upon the selected frequency channel and temperature detection result, so that while using the clock signal whose harmonic matches one of frequency channels, the occurrence of the case where the clock signal becomes the noise source can be suppressed for the selected frequency channel.
