Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium and system for preventing the occurrence of error caused by writing an examinee's number onto an answer sheet and also for managing the answer sheet without writing name information usually. SOLUTION: A specific personal medium for education includes: a personal information sheet for education in which information including personal information is written; a specific personal information that can be associated with a specific person on one-for-one basis; and a specific medium storing the specific personal information. A specific personal information error such as examinee's numbers that is caused by mistake in writing can be prevented by previously recording or storing the specific personal information such as examinee's numbers onto the personal information sheet for education such as the answer sheet. Also, the person is specified by the specific personal information rather than his or her name to enable anonymous management thereof, thereby improving safety on the management of the personal information.
