Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film which has an excellent retardation exhibiting property and has reverse wavelength dispersion property. SOLUTION: The retardation film contains: a polymer (A-1) obtained by using diallyl phthalate as a raw material monomer; and a polymer (B) satisfying Re(450)/Re(550)≤1.27 (wherein Re(450) is a retardation value of the light having 450 nm wavelength; and Re(550) is that of the light having 550 nm wavelength).
