Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning pin which can easily confirm precision, and can easily carry out the positioning of a mounting position to a base plate, and can be manufactured at a low cost, and further to provide a component machining fixture having the same positioning pin. SOLUTION: The positioning pin 10 is fitted in a rectangular lug groove We formed on the outer peripheral shroud Wc of stationary blades W, and positions the outer peripheral shroud Wc of the stationary blades W by being brought into contact with the bottom surface and both side surfaces of the lug groove. The positioning pin 10 comprises a cylindrical main pin portion 10a, and a circular arc shape auxiliary pin portion 10b which is concentrically fitted to the outer periphery of the main pin portion over the half or more of its circumference so as to expose a part of the outer periphery of the main pin portion.
