PRESSURE RICE COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure rice cooker for preventing steam from blowing off violently when a lid is opened even if set time is reached before completion of a rice cooking process. SOLUTION: The pressure rice cooker 1 has a control means 8 which controls a heating means 6 for performing rice cooking processes including a preheating, an intermediate intense heating, an electric power control, a finishing of rice cooking, a steaming, and warming processes, and which operates pressure regulating means 15 for controlling pressurizing or decompressing inside an inner pot 2 in the rice cooking processes, and which performs a reserved rice cooking function for completing the steaming process in the rice cooking processes at a preset time. The control means 8 determines whether current time is the preset time or not in a period between the finishing of rice cooking process and the completion of rice cooking. When the current time is the preset time, the control means 8 controls decompression inside the pot. When the current time is not the preset time, the current process is continued.
