Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent quality fried bean curd, and to provide a method for effectively producing dried seasoned fried bean curd. SOLUTION: The fried bean curd is obtained by preparing fried bean curd dough containing sugar alcohol, and deep-frying the dough to decrease moisture value of the fried bean curd without obstructing stretch of the dough when deep-frying. The fried bean curd thus obtained is seasoned and dried to obtain the excellent quality dried seasoned fried bean curd which quickly gets dry after seasoning and has no burnt deposits.
