PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone of a composite type for enhancing an installation flexibility and a handling flexibility by avoiding upsizing and a heavy weight while keeping phases of signals outputted from microphone units the same as each other. SOLUTION: The composite type microphone is formed by assembling the microphone units adopting different electroacoustic conversion systems to the inside of a common microphone main body 30. The second microphone unit 20 adopting another electroacoustic conversion system is arranged to a front part acoustic terminal part of the first microphone unit 10 adopting one electroacoustic conversion system. Air vibrated in the same phase as a diaphragm 11 of the first microphone unit 10 exists in the front part acoustic terminal part of the first microphone unit 10, and the second microphone unit 20 is arranged within a range of the air vibrated in the same phase as the diaphragm 11 of the first microphone unit 10.
