PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise decorativeness while simplifying attachment/detachment structure of a decoration component to a case in a portable electronic device. SOLUTION: The portable electronic device is constituted so that a recessed groove part 53 for attachably/detachably attaching a belt-like decoration component 26 to the outer surface side of the case 52 is provided and the belt-like decoration component 26 is engaged into the recessed groove part 53. The belt-like decoration component 26 has engagement pawls 27 to be engaged into the side of the case 52 on both edges of its longitudinal direction. In the case 52, an inner surface of an area corresponding to the recessed groove part 53 is projected.
