PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation apparatus which can compute a processing time distribution about each server for every server concerned, reducing cost as the whole network system, and time and effort of system construction. SOLUTION: In an evaluation design apparatus S by which evaluates a concrete value of the processing time distribution of each server concerned in a network system NS which two or more servers (D1, D2, A1, A2, A3, W1, W2) assumed with that each processing time distribution presents a predetermined distribution status is connected and constituted through a network, an integral processing time distribution which is the processing time distribution as the whole network system NS is computed. It has a processing part 1 which computes the concrete value of the processing time distribution for each server, respectively, from the computed integral processing time distribution concerned and the distribution status assumed about each server.
