Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice crystal forming device for quickly refrigerating various types of fishery products right after fishing or landing by snow like ice comprised of seawater or the like at the place of fish landing. SOLUTION: A coolant outflow pipe is interposed between a water pressure type ice crystal tank producing snow like ice, and a pressurization water tank is to form and grow snow like ice crystals comprised of seawater or the like communicating through a cooler. In the cooler, a three way switch valve is provided in an interior, the ice crystal tank is communicated with the pressurization water tank by its switching, and ice crystal water is sequentially circulated and communicated therethrough.
