Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ventilation resistance while keeping heat exchanging efficiency as much as possible. SOLUTION: A group of louvers 5 comprises a lead-in tip louver 10 placed at the uppermost stream position in the flowing direction of a heat medium, and having a parallel portion 10a extending along the flowing direction of the heat medium at its upstream side, a lead-out rear end louver 11 placed at the lowermost stream position in the flowing direction of the heat medium and having a parallel portion 11b extending along the flowing direction of the heat medium at its downstream side, a plurality of intermediate louvers 12 placed between the lead-in tip louver 10 and the lead-out rear end louver 11 at an inclination angle α1 to the flowing direction of the heat medium, a lead-in side inclined louver 13 placed between the lead-in tip louver 10 and the uppermost stream intermediate louver 12, and having a small inclined portion 13a of an inclination angle smaller than the intermediate louver 12 with respect to the flowing direction of the heat medium, at its upstream side, and a lead-out side inclined louver 14 placed between the lowermost stream intermediate louver 12 and the lead-out rear end louver 11, and having a small inclined portion 14b of an inclination angle smaller than the intermediate louver 12 with respect to the flowing direction of the heat medium, at its downstream side.
