Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously pull out a cable in two directions from a cable drum and to lay the cable in a long section without dividing the cable in a plurality of spans to lay and connect the cable. SOLUTION: The communication cable 10 wound double around a drum body 11 in a state of holding an intermediate part of the entire length of the cable to a belt mounted inside the drum body 11. There are two tip parts for pulling out the communication cable 10. The drum body 11 comprises a cylindrical core wound with the communication cable 10, and an aperture part is provided in a predetermined position of the core.
