HONEYCOMB SANDWICH PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a honeycomb sandwich panel which is high in strength, low in weight, non-flammable, and improved in sound insulation properties. SOLUTION: In this execution form, an upper surface plate 2 and a lower surface plate 3, which are made of an aluminum alloy plate, are fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of a honeycomb core 1 made of an aluminum alloy plate through a fixing means not illustrated, and a metal plate 7 made of an iron alloy plate is fixed to the lower surface plate 3 to be a sound source side through a fixing means 6. The aluminum alloy plate containing aluminum as a main component contains aluminum, duralumin, or the like. The iron alloy plate containing iron as a main component contains steel, stainless steel, maraging steel, or the like. As the fixing means 6, one selected from a rivet, tapping vis, screw, adhesive, double-faced tape, and brazing is used. In this execution form, the rivet is used as the fixing means 6.
