PLAIN CUTTING THICKNESS ADJUSTING DEVICE OF VEGETABLE CUTTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plain cutting thickness adjusting device of a vegetable cutter capable of adjusting a plain cutting thickness dimension in multi-stage with excellent operability. SOLUTION: In this vegetable cutter, a rotary disk 7 is rotatably provided by a driving device in a casing 3 into which vegetables are fed, a plain cutting blade 8 is arranged in an opening part 3a of the casing 3, the opening part 3a is provided to be openable/closable by a cover member 13 having one end part supported by the casing 3, and the plain cutting thickness adjusting device 20 for adjusting the plain cutting thickness dimension t to be an opposite interval of an outside face of the plain cutting blade 8 and an internal face of the cover member 13 is provided. The adjusting device 20 is provided with an adjusting block 25 in which receiving surfaces 27 having heights formed in multi-stage are adjacently arranged in an annular shape with a shaft hole 26 as a center to be rotatable on the casing 3 side by a fixed pin 30. A stopper part 16 provided in the cover member 13 is made to abut on the receiving surfaces 27 of the adjusting block 25, and thereby the plain cutting thickness dimension t can be adjusted in multi-stage.
