Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic rotator which is superior in mechanical adhesion strength between electrodes and is high in assembly yield and can achieve miniaturization and a lower height to install an additional circuit easily, and a non-reciprocal circuit element using the same. SOLUTION: A dielectric substrate 15 has a penetrated hole 150 in which a ferrite substrate 14 is inserted. A terminator 20 is arranged at a surface 151 of the dielectric substrate 15. A center conductor 13 is arranged at a surface 141 of the ferrite substrate 14, and at least one end 133 is connected to the terminator 20 on the surface 141. The magnetic rotator is used to constitute a non-reciprocal circuit element by combination with a holder 3 and the like. The holder 3 has a pushing part 37 and a housing part 31.
