Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify management of current time timed by a transmission control device as total interior current time without necessity of each control terminal to provide a means for timing the current time or a synchronous signal line. SOLUTION: The transmission control device 1 is equipped with a clock circuit 12. The clock circuit 12 counts time in seconds by inputting one second pulse in a second counter; and counts the current time composed of hours, minutes, and seconds by outputting the pulse from the second counter to a minute counter when the second counter becomes 60, and outputting the pulse from the minute counter to an hour counter when the minute counter becomes 60. Each control terminal 4 is connected to the transmission control device 1 through a signal line Ls, receives time data and control data from the transmission control device 1 as a transmission signal, stores the current time included in the time data, and controls an illumination load 5 based on a control content at predetermined time included in the control data.
