PRODUCTION DEVICE FOR METALLIZED FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device for a metallized film solving the problem that an electrode pattern formed on the metallized film for a metallized-film capacitor is difficult to conduct an inspection, and being capable of inspecting the electrode pattern with a high accuracy. SOLUTION: The prodcution device is provided with a winding-out section 2 supplying a dielectric film 1a, an evaporator forming a metallized electrode on the surface of the dielectric film 1a, and an emitter having a winder 7 winding the manufactured metallized film 1 and irradiating from the rear side of the metallized film 1 by a fluorescent lamp 9 lit by a DC power supply. Further, the production is provided with a camera 11 photographing the metallized electrode from the surface side of the metallized film 1 by a transmitting light, and a decision section taking in and recognizing an image from the camera 11. The metallized film 1 is irradiated with a uniform light, and the electrode pattern formed on the metallized film 1 continuously carried at a high speed is photographed and decided with the high accuracy at all times by the transmitted light by such a constitution.
