Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for efficiently procuring high-quality products in handling global procurement even though most of business negotiations are conducted with a company with no business record. SOLUTION: A site 11 for mediating transactions between companies is provided on the Internet to provide a quality calculation program for evaluating product quality by separating into "specifications of the product" and "conditions of a manufacturing site" and estimating and evaluating the quality of the product by putting these evaluation results together. Thereby, the company which desires the transaction between the companies can calculate an index for indicating quality of an article to be dealt, and an index indicating an ability level of the company relating to quality achievement of the article to be dealt, and can use them as desired conditions of the transaction.
