Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge a driver to achieve traveling at a proper speed while suppressing any sense of displeasure to be applied to the driver. SOLUTION: A recommended speed corresponding to circumstances is judged during the traveling of a vehicle, and the recommended speed is displayed regardless of whether or not the actual speed of the vehicle exceeds the recommended speed. Thus, it is possible for the driver of the vehicle to comfortably perform a driving operation in such a status that the recommended speed is always comprehended. Particularly, it is possible to urge the driver to achieve traveling at a safe speed without executing speed control or issuing any warning in his or her unexpected status.
