Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent diagnostic apparatus capable of substantially reducing losses of fluorescence information. SOLUTION: An exciting light source 1 oscillates fluorescent light of which the waveform of a peak value is shorter than the center wavelength of fluorescence of a light-sensitive substance and in which the difference between the waveform of the peak value and the center wavelength of fluorescence of the light-sensitive substance exceeds 12 nm but does not exceed 16 nm. The exciting light irradiates a focal site 5 via a collimator lens 2 and an exciting light wavelength shaping means 3. Fluorescence 6 of the light-sensitive substance excited by the exciting light is separated from reflected light 7 of the exciting light by a light separating means 8 and made incident onto an imaging device 9. In the light separating means 8, a band-cut filter has a center wavelength matched with the peak value of the exciting light or in its vicinity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
