Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting a side gear 10 (11) of a differential 1 with a drive shaft 2 (3) by spline fitting capable of being comparatively simply attached or detached and eliminating play in the direction of rotation in a spline fitting part. SOLUTION: The spline fitting part is put in a freely fitted state. A hollow shaft 10a (11a) of the side gear 10 (11) has such a length that allows it to protrude to the outer side of the differential carrier 12. A through hole 10d (11d) is provided along the radial direction in an outer side protruding region in the hollow shaft 10a (11a). A ball 20 is engaged and fitted by stretching over the through hole 10d (11d) and an engaging part formed on a male spline 2a (3a) of the drive shaft 2 (3) by corresponding to it.
