Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of accurately determining the abnormality of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) without depending on an operation state of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This abnormality determination device for the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) device is provided with a means for detecting an in-cylinder pressure of respective cylinders of the internal combustion engine, a means for detecting a crank angle of the internal combustion engine, a means for calculating the capacity of the cylinder based on the crank angle, a means for estimating a motoring pressure of the internal combustion engine by an arithmetic expression including the capacity of the cylinder, a means for identifying a correction parameter for correcting the cylinder pressure in a compression stroke of the internal combustion engine in order to minimize a deviation between the cylinder pressure and the motoring pressure, and a means for determining the abnormality of the exhaust gas recirculation device by comparing the correction parameter identified in the state where the exhaust gas recirculation device is executed with the correction parameter identified in the state where the exhaust gas recirculation device is not executed.
