Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bang of a gate upon stopping its rotational movement when it is opened or closed. SOLUTION: The gate 6 is fixed to a rotary shaft 13. A circumferential face cam 23 is fixed to the rotary shaft 13 in a manner that a roller 33 is elastically abutted on the outer periphery of the circumferential face cam 23. A first engaging part 28 into which the roller 33 is fitted when the gate 6 is in a posture of closing a passage, and a second engaging part 29 into which the roller 33 is fitted when the gate 6 is in the posture of opening the passage are formed in the circumferential face cam 23. The part near each of the engaging parts 28, 29 is formed to be a projection part 37a having a distance R from a rotational center which is longer than the distance R from the rotational center to the middle part between the engaging parts 28, 29. When the roller 33 moves to the engaging parts 28, 29, the rotational resistance to the rotary shaft 13 becomes larger, and the rotary shaft 13 is decelerated according to a rotational cycle of the gate 6.
