SOLUTION: This movable vehicle deceleration hump comprises raised parts 2, 3 so installed to be raised from a road 12, lifting means 5, 6 for changing the height of the hump which is the height from the road 12 to the highest part 2 of the raised parts, and a control means 25 for controlling the lifting means 5, 6 based on predetermined conditions.
