OPERATION SWITCHING DEVICE OF WORK MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation switching device of a work machine, which positively carries out switching operation of setting details of an operating lever operational environment through simple work, and at the same time lets the operator to positively acknowledge operation after the switching. SOLUTION: The operation switching device of the work machine controls a pilot control valve to switch a correspondence between the inclined state of an operating lever and the operating state of a hydraulic actuator. The operation switching device is formed of: an operating information storage medium 62 which stores therein the correspondence as operating information, and has a display section 62a for visually displaying details of the operating information; a holding means 61 which is arranged in a cab of the work machine, and holds the operating information storage medium 62; a reading means 67 which is installed in the holding means 61, and reads the operating information stored in the operating information storage medium 62 held in the holding means 61; and a control means 30 which is connected to the reading means 67, and controls the pilot control valve, based on the operating information read by the reading means 67, to thereby control flow of pilot oil.
