Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a dispersion liquid composed of ion-exchanged fine particles, a polymer and a solvent by exchanging an exchangeable ion A in a fine particle with an ion B different from the ion A, and carrying out efficient ion exchange without causing the mixing of the counter ion of the ion B into the ion-exchanging system. SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid composed of fine particles having exchangeable ion A, a polymer and a solvent is brought into contact with a liquid containing ion B interposing a semipermeable membrane permeating the ion A and the ion B and resisting the permeation of the counter ion of the ion B to exchange the ion A of the fine particles with the ion B.
