Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition with no impairment of its appearance attributable to sink marks even with wall thickness variations, high in heat resistance as well, and to provide a molded form made of the resin composition. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises a thermoplastic polyester resin, a swelling layer silicate and an anhydride-containing aromatic vinyl copolymer that is obtained by copolymerization or graft addition of an aromatic vinyl polymer with an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid anhydride having in the ring cis-double bond or an α,β-unsaturated dicarboxylic anhydride.
