AUTOMATIC OUT-OF-SYSTEM DISCHARGING/SUPPLYING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an out-of-system discharging/supplying system for bound products or pillow-packaged products capable of storing the products into a temporarily storing automated warehouse without stopping the operation of an upstream line if a trouble occurs and supplying the products to a final packaging line by discharging them from the automated warehouse when the trouble is eliminated. SOLUTION: This automatic out-of-system discharging/supplying system comprises at least a discharge product arranging and stopping mechanism 10, a product transfer mechanism 20, a tray holding and replacing/pocket inside arranging mechanism 30, and a tray transfer mechanism 40. When bound products or pillow-packaged products are put on a supply belt conveyor 11 and fed to a downstream packaging line, if the packaging line is defective and stops or is stopped, the products on the supply belt conveyor fed without stopping an upstream process line are temporarily stocked in the outside of a line system and the products temporarily stocked are returned to the supply belt conveyor and supplied to the downstream packaging line.
