Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for enhancing security and improving convenience of operation of a system in processing medical information. SOLUTION: This medical system includes a user terminal 10 for processing medical information and a storage means 30 of the medical information. The user terminal 10 reads out identification information of a mobile medium, detects operation, and records the identification information in association with the operation when the operation is detected, and does not accept the operation from the user when the mobile medium is not detected, and accepts the operation when the mobile medium is detected. Thereby, even when a third party inputs after the user of the mobile medium, uses, and then leaves in the middle, the third party can not operate it when the third party does not have the mobile medium. When the third party has his or her own mobile medium, the third party can operate it but the user is recorded as the third party who uses the user terminal.
