Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict an interaction portion with an external factor such as a metal atom, a low-molecule, a polymer molecule, or the like, or an internal remote structure in a biological polymer. SOLUTION: This method for predicting the interaction portion in the biological polymer includes: a first process for preparing atomic coordinate information of the biological polymer; a second process for specifying coordinates of an interaction application point candidate of the biological polymer on the basis of an interaction point information database including position information for specifying coordinates of an interaction of each the biological polymer configuration unit, and specifying the position of the interaction point candidate by applying the information to the atomic coordinate information of a configuration unit of the given biological polymer; and a third process for eliminating an interaction point candidate related to interaction with a configuration atom of the biological polymer from the interaction point candidates specified in the second process.
