CLAMP-CONNECTION DEVICE, AND CLAMP-CONNECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp-connection device, and a clamp-connection method by which a bolt-thread member and a nut-thread member are positively inhibited from coming loose and falling-off due to disturbance or tampering with the workability improved. SOLUTION: In a bolt 1, a slit 1e is formed which is depressed from the end 1d to the top 1c of a shaft 1a, and a through hole 1h is made to allow the end 1g of the top 1c to communicate with the slit 1e. The length from the bottom 1f of the slit 1e to the end 1d is made longer than that from the end face 2c of a to-be-clamp-connected member 7 side opposite to the nut 2 to the end 1d. The shaft part 1a of the bolt 1 is passed through holes 6a, 7a made in the to-be-clamp-connected members 6, 7, and the nut 2 is fittingly screwed on the protruding shaft part 1a so that the to-be-clamp-connection members 6, 7 are clamped down by the top 1c of the bolt 1 and the nut 2. A pin 3 having a diameter larger than the width of the opening of the slit 1e is passed through the through-hole 1h and inserted into the slit 1e, and the slit 1e and a side-wall-forming part 1j of the slit 1e are expanded in the radial direction of the shaft part 1a.
