Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor securing mount having vibration proofing property to absorb vibration generated by a motor, efficiently cooling the motor after driving and having a simple structure and provide a heat-conductive vibration absorption material suitable for the motor securing mount. SOLUTION: The heat-conductive vibration absorption material 13 is composed of a silicone rubber composition produced by compounding 100 pts.mass of a polyorganosiloxane with 100-700 pts.mass of calcined zinc oxide. The motor securing mount 1 is placed on the junction face between the motor 2 and a supporting member 3 for securing the motor 2, and is provided with the first connection plate 11 to be fixed to the motor 2, the second connection plate 12 to be fixed to the supporting member 3 and a heat-conductive vibration absorption material 13 placed between the first connection plate 11 and the second connection plate 12.
