SOLUTION: The heterocyclic manderic amide compound (including optically active isomers) is represented by general (I) (wherein Het is a five-membered heterocyclic ring or a six-membered heterocyclic ring; R is H, a halogen, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, an alkoxy, or a cyano group).
