Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide mixture with angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibiting activity and to provide a new method for preparing peptide. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method for preparation of peptide mixture including at least one of peptides with L-amino acid sequences represented by following formulas (1)-(9) by treating micro algae with a protease in an aqueous solution to extract peptides into the aqueous solution and then removing insoluble parts from the aqueous solution. The invention relates to the method for producing either one of peptides with the amino acid sequences represented by formulas (1)-(9) described below, by a process fractionating the peptides after removal of the insoluble components.
