Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a commodity which coincides with a designated condition after minutely expressing commodity information. SOLUTION: A commodity information registering means 11 registers the commodity information where the conditions of a seller and a buyer concerning the commodity are expressed by condition item and condition value. A coincidence commodity information retrieving means 12 calculates the degree of inter-commodity similarity, based on the condition item, calculates the degree of inter-commodity coincidence, based on the condition value, concerning the commodity where the degree of the inter-commodity similarity exceeds a threshold, and retrieves the commodity where the conditions of the seller and the buyer are coincident, based on the degree of coincidence. A coincidence commodity information presenting means 13 presents information concerning the commodity which is retrieved by the coincidence commodity information retrieving means.
