Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify steps for forming a recessed and projecting part of a reflection display part and forming a protrusion for dividing liquid crystal alignment of a transmission display part in a semitransmission type liquid crystal display device. SOLUTION: The protrusion 21 of the transmission display part and the recessed and projecting part 20 of the reflection display part in the semitransmission type liquid crystal display device are simultaneously formed by using a photosensitive organic film. The heights of the protrusion 21 and the recessed and projecting part 20 are adjusted by an integrated exposure amount of the photosensitive organic film.
