INSPECTION DEVICE AND INSPECTION METHOD FOR WATER STAIN ON TRANSPARENT FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device and an inspection method for detecting water stain with high accuracy as to a transparent film flowing in roll shape. SOLUTION: As this device for inspecting water stain deposited on a transparent film, a water stain inspection device is used which is characterized by being equipped with a water stain imaging means imaging the water stain, a contrast improvement means improving the contrast of the water stain, and a defect determination means determining the water stain to be a defect. Moreover, as this method for inspecting water stain deposited on a transparent film, a water stain inspection method is used which is characterized by comprising a water stain imaging process for imaging the water stain, a contrast improvement process for improving the contrast of the water stain, and a defect determination process for determining the water stain to be a defect.
