Next, while concrete is placed in the concrete placing space 17 or before placing concrete, the pipe 42 is lifted until it is abutted on the wall face of the tunnel or comes close to it and is lowered after concrete reaches a top part of the wall face of the tunnel to operate the vibrator 44 while the pipe lowers.
