LINING CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR TUNNEL AND FORM DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining construction method for preventing a trace formed after pulling out a pipe from being left and to provide a form device used in this method. SOLUTION: This form device is provided with a form 18 being a form for forming a concrete placing space 17 between a wall face 16 of the tunnel and it, having a top part, and provided with a supply port for concrete to be placed in the concrete placing space, at least one pipe 42 arranged in the vicinity of an end part of the form, attached to the top part of the form upward, and elevating and lowering along its axial line, and at least one vibrator 44 attached to the form, being close to the pipe, and elevating and lowering along its axial line. Next, while concrete is placed in the concrete placing space 17 or before placing concrete, the pipe 42 is lifted until it is abutted on the wall face of the tunnel or comes close to it and is lowered after concrete reaches a top part of the wall face of the tunnel to operate the vibrator 44 while the pipe lowers.
