Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-sealed fixing and bearing apparatus for a structure, which is simple in structure, low in construction cost, and resistant to horizontal force in all directions and lifting force in case of an earthquake. SOLUTION: The rubber-sealed fixing and bearing apparatus (1) for the structure is constructed by forming a rubber shoe mounting pot portion (41) in a lower steel plate (7) to be fixed to a lower structure (2), mounting a rubber shoe (13) on the rubber shoe mounting pot portion (41), and mounting the upper steel plate (19) to be fixed to an upper structure (3) so as to seal the rubber shoe (13) in the rubber shoe sealing pot portion (41) with a lower surface of the upper steel plate. Herein a shearing key member (11) having one end thereof fixed to the lower steel plate (7) or the upper steel plate (19) is penetrated through the rubber shoe (13), and has a large-diameter portion (24) formed on the other end thereof. Then the large-diameter portion (24) is engaged with an engaging step portion (21) formed in the upper steel plate (19) or the lower steel plate (7), whereby the shearing key member (11) exerts a function of a horizontal force shearing key and a lifting force inhibiting function.
