Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high polymer enhancing the stability of an emulsion and suppressing a change in fluidity of the emulsion with a temperature change. SOLUTION: The high polymer is obtained by introducing (B) a polyalkylene oxide chain-containing compound and (C) a rosin amine compound into (A) an isocyanate compound having ≥2 isocyanate groups in one molecule. The sum total of the (B) and (C) is ≥50 to ≤99 wt.% as the weight ratio based on the total amount of the high polymer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
