Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport a sludge carbonized material from a carbonizing furnace to a storage tank, etc., with saved space in a free layout while preventing accumulation of the sludge carbonized material in the system or self-heating thereof, to reduce the volume by omitting space required for a pulverizer, etc., and to prevent dust scattering or the self-heating during storage or transportation to a thermal power station, etc. SOLUTION: The sludge carbonized material obtained by carrying out a carbonizing treatment of sludge in the carbonizing furnace 10 is cooled with a water-cooled conveyor 12 and then pneumatically conveyed with a gas stream conveying tube 20 using an inert gas. The sludge carbonized material is separated and recovered from the interior of the conveyed gas stream with a bag filter 22.
